This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Barnalitics School website. The site presents and supports our mobile study apps for preparing professional data & cloud certifications, and enables users to get in touch.

3. Independence & third-party trademarks

Barnalitics School is an independent study service. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation, Snowflake Inc. or any other certification owner. Certification names (PL-300, AZ-900, DP-900, DP-600, PL-900, COF-C03) and trademarks such as Microsoft, Power BI, Azure, Fabric or Snowflake are property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive, nominative purposes only.

4. Terms of use

By accessing and using this website, the User agrees to make lawful and appropriate use of its contents in accordance with applicable law, and to refrain from any conduct that could harm the image, interests or rights of Barnalitics or third parties.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual and industrial property rights of the website and the apps (texts, designs, graphics, code, logos and the Barnalitics brand) belong to Barnalitics or duly authorized third parties. Reproduction, transformation, distribution or public communication without express consent is prohibited.

6. Liability

Barnalitics makes reasonable efforts to keep the site running correctly but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. Study content is for educational purposes and does not, by itself, guarantee passing any official exam.

7. Purchases & subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions for the apps' Premium versions are handled entirely through the Apple App Store and Google Play, under those platforms' terms. This website does not process payments.

8. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

The relationship between the Owner and the User is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Owner's domicile.
